W-juliet is about a makoto, who must "be" a girl until he graduates. It's the condition his father set for him if he wanted to be an actor...because he is the only male in the family and he must be the one the heads the dojo in his father's stead, however, makoto wants to be an actor so...he transfer to another school and joins the drama club there. He meets with a boy who turns out to be a girl, name Ito , who keeps his secret to help...romance develops and they have to overcome obstacles that threaten to reveal makoto's secret.
